Abstract

Je souhaite exprimer ma profonde reconnaissance au Consortium pour la recherche economique en Afrique (CREA) pour tout le soutien qui a rendu possible la realisation de cette recherche. Je suis egalement eternellement reconnaissant au Secretariat INCLUDE pour son soutien technique et financier, ainsi que le Forum de recherche economique (ERF) et a l'institut de developpement d'outre-mer (ODI) pour leur soutien intellectuel. J'aimerais egalement remercier les personnes ressources qui ont guide l'ensemble du processus par des commentaires et suggestions approfondis qui ont faconne cette etude du debut a la fin. Les conclusions et les opinions exprimees dans ce document sont exclusivement celles de l'auteur. Elles ne representent pas necessairement les vues du CREA ou de toute autre organisation liee a ce projet. L'auteur est donc seul responsable du contenu et des erreurs de cette etude.
