Le Ticket Dor: Comment les Investissements Etrangers Financent le Systeme Educatif: le Cas du Burkina Faso

Abstract

Les politiques de libre-echange et celles visant a attirer les capitaux etrangers ont conduit a une amelioration progressive de la collecte des recettes fiscales et a une augmentation du niveau douverture de leconomie nationale. Laugmentation des recettes fiscales a entraine au fil du temps une hausse des allocations budgetaires, notamment dans le secteur de leducation. Les flux dinvestissements directs etrangers ameliorent leducation au Burkina Faso grace a la pression fiscale. Lapplication effective de la responsabilite sociale des entreprises (RSE) est un moyen de stimuler le developpement du capital humain au Burkina Faso.
