Abstract

La situation des jeunes sur le marche du travail reste preoccupante au Senegal (BIT, 2018 ; PAP, 2019-23 ; ENES, 2017). Bien que le Senegal ait une croissance du PIB reel superieur a 5% par an entre 2014 et 2019, la creation d'emplois demeure insuffisante et la qualite des emplois est toujours un probleme preoccupant (PAP, 2019-23, p.12).
