Abstract

Laugmentation du niveau deducation na pas ameliore la productivite globale des travailleurs en Ethiopie. La sureducation est en hausse en Ethiopie. La politique de leducation doit passer de la quantite a la qualite. La transformation structurelle est fondamentale pour absorber le nombre croissant de diplomes. La coordination entre les institutions de formation et les industries doit etre renforcee pour attenuer linadequation de leducation.
