Crise De La Faim Au Kenya : Besoin Urgent De Politiques Ciblees Et Equitables

Abstract

Suite a la pandemie de COVID-19, il convient de reconnaitre que lavenir de la securite alimentaire et nutritionnelle de lhumanite ne peut pas etre pris a la legere. Les menages ont adopte des strategies dadaptation (par exemple, consommation de produits non alimentaires, report des obligations de paiement et achat en credit) mais ont eu besoin dune augmentation de leur richesse pour atteindre les niveaux de securite alimentaire, tout comme ceux qui nont pas adopte de strategies dadaptation. Il existe des disparites entre les sexes et les groupes socio-economiques dans la realisation de la securite alimentaire, ce qui souligne la necessite de politiques ciblees et equitables. Le document de politique generale saligne sur les objectifs de developpement durable (ODD) : bonne sante et bien-etre, faim zero, travail decent et croissance economique, en soulignant la necessite dassurer la securite alimentaire pour tous et de promouvoir une croissance economique equitable
