Abstract

Les initiatives visant a ameliorer lacces aux services financiers et leur utilisation pourraient faciliter ladhesion a lassurance maladie. Un nombre important de membres de lelite eduquee devrait trouver un emploi decent, ce qui favoriserait ladhesion a lassurance maladie souscrite aupres de lemployeur et a lachat dune assurance maladie. Lamelioration des obstacles a lacces a la sante - en subventionnant le cout des soins de sante et en protegeant les personnes vulnerables (y compris les personnes handicapees) - pourrait stimuler ladhesion a lassurance maladie. Ladhesion a lassurance maladie tout au long de la vie devrait dependre de la creation dincitations, telles que lelargissement de la couverture de lassurance maladie pour y inclure les traitements couteux.
