Cuentas Medioambientales para Bolivia, 1990-2008

Abstract

El presente documento resume el enfoque teórico utilizado, metodología aplicada, supuestos empleados, resultados obtenidos y principales conclusiones arribadas en el cálculo de las Cuentas Medioambientales para Bolivia. El objetivo es el de medir la contribución del medioambiente a la generación del ingreso y del producto, así como el determinar la sostenibilidad de la explotación de los recursos medioambientales. De acuerdo a los resultados obtenidos, se observa que en Bolivia existe una creciente importancia de los recursos medioambientales en la generación del producto y del ingreso.
