Multilokales Wohnen in der Schweiz: ein Forschungsprojekt

Abstract

Der vorliegende Beitrag stellt eine Studie über multilokales Wohnen in der Schweiz vor, welche auf einer quantitativen Umfrage sowie auf qualitativen Fotobefragungen basiert. Ausgewählte Ergebnisse verdeutlichen die hohe Relevanz multilokalen Wohnens für verschiedene Facetten der Raumentwicklung: Das Wohnen an mehreren Orten ist stark verbreitet, die Beweggründe dafür vielfältig. Multilokales Wohnen geht mit einer hohen Verfügbarkeit von Wohnfläche einher, aber ebenso mit starken sozialen Beziehungen. Die Rhythmen der Nutzung der verschiedenen Wohnsitze sind relativ hoch, sodass die Multilokalen auch eine hohe Relevanz als Verkehrsbeteiligte haben.
