Abstract

Die Finanzierung zur Bewältigung der "Jahrhundertaufgaben" bindet dauerhaft immense finanzielle Mittel. Daher ist es sinnvoll, sich auf jene Wertschöpfungsketten zu besinnen, die insbesondere jene Regionen bieten, die stark vom Ausbau der Erneuerbaren Energien gekennzeichnet sind. Zur Akzeptanzerhöhung der Erneuerbaren Energien (EG) gehört, dass die Millionenbeträge, die für Ersatzzahlungen oder Realkompensation durch z. B. die Windkraftbetreiber ausgegeben werden, auch in jenen Regionen eingesetzt werden, wo die Eingriffe in Natur und Landschaftsbild stattfinden. Außerdem bieten das Erneuerbare Energiengesetz (EEG) und bestimmte landesrechtliche Gesetze und Verordnungen finanzielle Möglichkeiten, um die immense finanzielle Belastung der Kommunen durch Jahrhundertaufgaben abzumildern. Dieser Beitrag schildert einige Beispiele aus der Region um Prenzlau und zeigt auch die damit verbundenen Schwierigkeiten auf.
