Abstract

Im Zuge der Globalisierung unterliegen territorial-politisch-kulturell eindeutige Identitätskonstrukte einem zunehmenden Erosionsprozess. Dieser Erosionsprozess des Eindeutigen betrifft auch die Verständnisse von Raum und Landschaft, aber auch deren Aneignung. Dies stellt unterschiedliche Ebenen der räumlichen Planung vor große Herausforderungen: Sie sieht sich mit immer stärker differenzierten Ansprüchen an Raum und Landschaft konfrontiert, denen nicht mit Verweis auf ein Anpassungsgebot an die sogenannte "Mehrheitskultur" gekontert werden kann. Dies bedeutet letztlich für Planungsverfahren, dass Beteiligungsverfahren, die Diversität stärker berücksichtigen, (weiter) entwickelt werden müssen.
