Abstract

Jeder Einzelne muss sich seiner klimagerechten Verantwortung stellen. In besonderem Maße sind hierbei die Akteure der räumlichen Planung auf allen Planungsebenen gefordert. Denn dem bereits stattfindenden Klimawandel kann nur mit vorsorgeorientierten Planungen und konkreten Maßnahmen zum Klimaschutz und zur Anpassung an die Folgen des Klimawandels begegnet werden. Dazu können zahlreiche Handlungsfelder der Raumordnung nicht nur identifiziert, sondern sie müssen aktiv bespielt werden. Die Zielsetzung der Arbeitsgruppe "Klimawandel und Nutzung von regenerativen Energien als Herausforderungen für die Raumordnung" der Landesarbeitsgemeinschaft Bayern ist es, Teilaspekte des Themenkomplexes "Klimawandel und Nutzung von regenerativen Energien" in diversen Einzelbeiträgen möglichst praxisnah und umsetzungsorientiert zu beleuchten. Die von Mitgliedern und Gästen der Arbeitsgruppe aufgestellten "Zugspitz- Thesen" fassen diesbezüglich die wichtigsten raumrelevanten "Botschaften" zusammen. Damit soll die Rolle der Raumordnung betont und eine Debatte auf allen Planungs- und Entscheidungsebenen angestoßen werden.
