Abstract

Solarenergetische Dachanlagen sind mit keiner neuen Flächeninanspruchnahme verbunden und Auswirkungen auf die Umgebung sind kaum vorhanden. Aufgrund ihrer Dezentralität sowie ihres hohen Grades an privater Akteursbeteiligung liegen den Planungsstellen in der Regel aber kaum differenzierte Informationen über die solare Energienutzung, ihre Bedeutung und ihre Standorte in einheitlich strukturierten Statistiken, Datenbanken etc. vor. Am Beispiel solarer Energienutzung in ausgewählten Gemeinden Unterfrankens wird im Beitrag aufgezeigt, mit welchen Methoden planungsvorbereitende Maßnahmen der Potenzialabschätzung und der Akzeptanzanalyse durchgeführt werden können, um so weitere Maßnahmen der Regionalentwicklung und Regionalplanung zu unterstützen. Auch erfolgt eine Diskussion von Optionen und Instrumenten, die der kommunalen und regionalen Planung zur Verfügung stehen.
