Abstract

This Chapter describes the origin, philosophy, concept, process and principles of the “Wuli-Shili-Renli” System Approach (WSR). Recent real-life applications of WSR in the fields of evaluation, water-resources management, regional development, Labor market, safety and risk analysis and information systems are introduced to show the significance of WSR. The approach is based on the Oriental philosophy and culture, with the Renli (Theory of humanity) emphasized.
