Abstract

The car rental industry is very competitive, and Hertz Corporation ( hertz.com ), the world’s largest car rental company, competes against hundreds of companies in approximately 10,400 locations in 150 countries. The strong competition negatively impacted profits. Hertz needs to constantly maintaining a mobile presence. Customers can easily connect with the company through its mobile site. The Hertz mobile app is available for iPhone, iPad, Android, and Windows phone.
