Abstract

Enlightened organizations and their leaders recognize the importance of not only providing opportunities for stakeholder participation, but actively encouraging such involvement by relevant stakeholder groups, particularly customers, employees, and owners. A growing trend in recent years has thus been the inclusion of stakeholders in organizational planning processes, as well in organizational operations. Keeping these key stakeholder groups involved and knowledgeable goes a long way in meeting and exceeding stakeholder expectations.
