Abstract

The thirteenth chapter presents the B2C business models in digital business. First, the basics of the performance system in digital business are explained and assigned to four partial models with the help of the 4C-Net Business Model. The partial models Content, Commerce, Context, and Connection are then listed and explained on the basis of their value chains, core competencies, and service offerings. Chapter 13 concludes with a description of hybrid business models, which are illustrated using Google as a case study.
