Abstract

Zusammenfassung Ein Operations Team ist dafür verantwortlich, sowohl Cluster-Software als auch benutzerdefinierte Software in Produktion zu bringen und sicherzustellen, dass sie reibungslos läuft. Die Personen des Teams sind es, die den Kunden den Zugang zum Service garantieren. Ohne dieses Team kann die Software nicht konstant genug laufen, damit Endbenutzer ihr vertrauen. Wenn das System ständig in der Produktion ausfällt, werden Sie Benutzer verlieren und verzichten auf die Einführung, weil das System zu instabil ist. Ein gutes Operations Team verhindert, dass dies passiert.
