Abstract

In this chapter, the authors analyze the necessity of network management innovation for express enterprises from two perspectives—the macro environment and industry situation—and construct an ecological framework of management innovation for express delivery networks. A model of express delivery network management mode with the characteristics of circulation and self-renewal is proposed, which is named the Diversified Ecological Management Mode. Its main components are discussed, which include platform construction management mode of the Internet of Things + big data, network data mining + information resource optimization, network system framework + customer-focused and personalized services. Innovative strategies related to managing express delivery networks are then given on this basis.
