Green human resource managementGreen Human Resource Management heavily relies on the employees’Employee environmental passionEnvironmental passion to motivate them to change their behaviourBehaviours in favour of environmental performanceEnvironmental performance. Organisations that employ green human resource managementGreen Human Resource Management enable employeesEmployee to exhibit their competences and get a deeper grasp of supporting environmental initiativesInitiatives and activities that stimulate environmentally responsible behaviourBehaviours. However, the use of multilevelMultilevel research remains in its infancy when it comes to understandingUnderstanding how to oversee green human resource managementsGreen Human Resource Management, particularly when it comes to boosting employeeEmployee environmentalEnvironmental behaviour behaviourBehaviours. Therefore, the current research concentrates on employees’Employee environmental passionEnvironmental passion, which is still under-addressed, and might be a mediating mechanism in ensuring that an efficient green human resource managementGreen Human Resource Management system is able to motivate their behaviourBehaviours towards the environment.
