Abstract

This chapter aims to shed light on the crucial role that private enterprises in China can play in promoting sustainabilitySustainability through the adoption of green HRMGreen HRM practices and fostering green creativityGreen creativity. With the advent of advanced technologies and the digital revolution, the achievement of sustainabilitySustainability can be accelerated and supported. The increasing demand for sustainableSustainable products and services has led to the rise of green HRMGreen HRM practices, which have been a topic of interest in the sustainabilitySustainability field. However, debates about their nature and valueValue have persisted over the past two decades. Therefore, it is crucial for private enterprises in China to adapt to the changing landscape and redefine their valueValue propositions to prioritize green creativityGreen creativity. This shift in focus toward innovation and environmentalSustainability sustainabilityEnvironmental sustainability is essential for these enterprises to remain relevant. By leveraging green HRMGreen HRM practices and fostering a culture of creativity, private enterprises in China can promote sustainabilitySustainability and have a positive impact on societySociety.
