Abstract

The local government plays a leading role in the local financial market, because it not only finds it easy to break the financial repression caused by vertical regulation, but also has organizational and informational strengths, enabling it to play a synergistic role in guiding the development of local industries. When the government plays a leading role in local industrial planning and cultivation, it is bound to help foster local financial industry. Different regions have different economic bases and industrial environments, which inevitably require different financial environments and forms. The local government of Luqiao is more proactive in the innovative development of micro and small finance, thus creating a good ecological environment.
