Abstract

This chapter presents the findings of the study, presenting results from descriptive analyses, regression and hierarchical regression analyses. The chapter begins with an explanation of the sample characteristics, detailing the demographic composition of respondents from the MAS. It follows with reliability tests and validation of measurement models, demonstrating that all variables are reliable and valid, showing a good fit for each model. The study then examines the mediating effects of knowledge management and the moderating effects of transformational leadership on the relationship between various organizational factors and organizational effectiveness. The results indicate that knowledge management partially mediates the relationship between organizational culture, strategy, technology, HRD and organizational effectiveness, while transformational leadership effectively moderates the relationship between knowledge management and organizational effectiveness. The chapter concludes with a discussion of how these findings support the proposed hypotheses and their implications for enhancing organizational efficiency at MAS.
