Abstract

Under the paradigm shift of the economic system, the construction of business ecology is based on the data security exchange of data sources, data storage and cloud platforms, data analysis and mining, and data application scenarios. In the past 40 years, the rapid development of China’s Internet industry has been inseparable and could not be achieved without the support from the government and the efforts in the innovation of industries. The key elements of the digital economy are data resources and all-factor digitization. The carrier of the digital economy is a modern information network, digital infrastructure, and digital platform. Traditional enterprises are introducing digital technology and increasing their capital investment for digital transformation to cope with the dilemma of increasingly fierce competition and shrinking profit margins; the current emerging industries are accelerating iteration, and innovation has become an important driving force for the development of the digital economy; the practice of cross-border integration between the digital economy and the traditional industries is constantly innovating. The cross-border integration of the digital economy has a huge market of trillions. The “digital + ” model will exist in every product, every service, and every economic activity and will continue to upgrade its business format. Opportunities in the interconnected era include improving asset and service efficiency, upgrading service products, breaking single data, and realizing internal collaboration; enterprises have achieved good results by using innovative new models authorized by the government and enterprises, such as Zhejiang Toman Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., Puhui Manufacturing, Wenyuan Technology, etc.
