Abstract

Following the logic of Fig. 1.1. This chapter provides an overview of the background of the research, the problem statement, the research questions and objectives, and the significance of the study. The initial conceptual model is introduced, and the book roadmap and structure are presented in addition to a list of related research work conducted by the author. The chapter ends with a summary.
