It stresses the significance of HRM in achieving IDAPs’ objectives and sustaining impact, focusing on challenges unique to the sector. Key topics include staff empowerment, adherence to quality standards, and strategies for managing diversity and enhancing staff well-being amidst challenging environments. The chapter also addresses effective resource utilization, emphasizing accountability and ethical practices to optimize IDAPs’ efficiency and effectiveness.
