Abstract

The theoretical basis of regional port cluster and environmental coordinated development is the logical starting point of the theory of regional port cluster and environmental coordinated development, the cornerstone of all theories of regional port cluster and environmental coordinated development, the theoretical basis for the necessity, rationality and feasibility of sustainable development of port clusters, and the action guide for the practice of sustainable development of port clusters. However, the research on the theoretical basis of regional port cluster and environmental coordinated development is a blank in the current theoretical research on regional port cluster and environmental coordinated development, which has adverse effects on the deepening of people's understanding of regional port cluster and environmental coordinated development, the perfection and maturity of the theory of regional port cluster and environmental coordinated development, and even the sustainable development of port clusters. Therefore, the research on the theoretical basis of regional port cluster and environmental coordinated development is an important direction and content of the theoretical research on regional port cluster and environmental coordinated development.
