Abstract

Five key points for the realization of Creativity in the Workplace.(1)Motivation as a starting point, (2)The effort to articulate one's feelings, (3) The ability to trust and listen to the senses of others, (4)Thoroughly get to the bottom of the facts(I-It relationship), (5) Focusing on things and matters and becoming them(I-Thou relationship).
