Abstract

Bursa MalaysiaBursa Malaysia introduced the Leading Entrepreneur Accelerator Platform (LEAP) Market in mid-2017. LEAP market has the third largest share in terms of market capitalizationmarket capitalization after the Main and ACE marketsACE Market. Being the first country in ASEANASEAN to launch the LEAP Market after South KoreaSouth Korea, Bursa MalaysiaBursa Malaysia aims to provide a new financing platform for small and medium EnterprisesSmall and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) (SMEs) to obtain funding and capital expansion.
