Abstract

As the aftermath of the 2008 financial crisis has not yet passed, countries have experienced a delayed economic recovery—further exacerbated by the global COVID-19 pandemic. Economic, trade, and financial uncertainties are still present, and the developmental problems faced by all countries are still severe.
