Abstract

This chapter explores how traditional industries, through decades of development, have solidified their dominance. It explains how large corporations control supply chains, accumulate capital, and maintain brand loyalty, forming an almost unbreakable market structure. The chapter discusses how these giants exploit their advantages, making it challenging for new entrants to disrupt the established order unless significant innovations occur. It also introduces the “winner-takes-all” phenomenon, highlighting how most of the industry's profits are concentrated in the hands of a few players.
