Abstract

Global International Airport growing fast continuously, most countries add the new high-tech hardware to improve border security, services, efficiency, Taoyuan Airport is also to enhance airport-related hardware by build E-GATE system, The results showed: (1) passengers attitude by ease of using E-GATE, (2) Using attitude corresponding to the acceptance of actual use, (3) Using attitude corresponding to satisfaction of the actual use. The contribution of this research provides organizations with a systematic innovation management, provide the reference of airport renovation projects.
