Abstract

With the rapid economic development and the acceleration of the globalization process, energy-based enterprises in the new era have also become more and more diversified, and corporate risks have also increased. For energy-based enterprises in the new era, enterprise strategic risk control plays an important role. Taking the State Grid as an example to analyze the current status of strategic risk control of energy-based enterprises in the new period, and to sort out the main methods and models involved in the risk control process, in the future can help companies improve the strategic risk control system and improve corporate strategic risk control technology.
