Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die kürzere Fallstudie von Just Dial erläutert das Geschäftsmodell einer Matching-Plattform, die die Nutzenden auf der einen Seite (Verbrauchende) mit denen auf der anderen Seite (lokale, kleine und mittlere Unternehmen) zusammenbringt. Das Fallbeispiel erklärt das Geschäftsmodell und zeigt die Entwicklung von Just Dial von einer einfachen lokalen Suchplattform zu einer Such- und Transaktionsplattform. Die Fallstudie endet mit Fragen zur Nachhaltigkeit des Geschäftsmodells und der Ausweitung auf den elektronischen Produkthandel.
