Abstract

After the pandemic, leaders look for new ways to transform their organizations. One of these is finding a competitive workforce that can support the digital transformation of their businesses. Leaders will be expected to change the culture of their organizations, and they will also be responsible for setting safety guidelines. New goals and innovative methods will also be needed to support the digital transformation. This chapter will discuss the various aspects of implementing new policies and procedures to support digital transformation. They will also discuss how these can help organizations bring a sense of security to their customers. The goal of technology leaders is to restore the trust of their customers and employees following a pandemic. It is done through the removal of the anxiety and reactions that were caused by the outbreak.
