Abstract

With the right tools and strategies, digital enterprises can transform themselves into more sustainable businesses by improving their transparency and accountability. In today’s environment, customers expect more from companies. Digital transformation can help organizations provide better social protection and manage their risk. It can also help them become more resilient and thrive in the face of a pandemic. The sustainability and social indices must perform competently to overcome the global risks that pandemics can expose. Without adequate measures to manage the pandemic’ effects, no one knows how dangerous it is. To succeed in the post-pandemic era, enterprises must develop sustainable development goals. This chapter aims to identify the various steps that they can take to improve their operations and become more resilient. So, in this chapter, we would like to delineate different post-pandemic sustainable developmental goals for the digital transformation of enterprises. These will lead future leaders of organizations to align change with sustainability objectives and plan better.
