Abstract

Strategic alliance refers to the relationship between one or more organizations through the integration of resources, in which the participants can continue to create high value. Between enterprises that form strategic alliances, the first is due to the product and technology life cycles that may be getting shorter. The market gives companies an opportunity window that is limited, and thus requires the enterprise to occupy the global market quickly, when the enterprise may lack internal resources but can get external resources through strategic alliances to achieve success.
