Abstract

In order to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises and maintain sustainable development capabilities, enterprises need new technologies. In the era of higher demands for rapid innovation and increasing complexity, enterprises should obtain competitive advantage through internal research and development and through mergers and acquisitions and strategic alliances. In the process of mergers and acquisitions, the main driving force is access to valuable resources, such as human resources, technical resources, market resources and physical resources. Many mergers and acquisitions fail to meet expectations due to problems in the implementation process. First, it is associated with strategic misalignment.
