Abstract

Zusammenfassung In diesem Kapitel wird dargelegt, dass Chinas wirtschaftliche Errungenschaften auf zwei Faktoren zurückzuführen sind: die exportorientierte Wachstumsstrategie und die Qualität der Regierung, und dass der SIP als eine führende EDZ eine Miniaturausgabe der chinesischen Wirtschaft ist, die auf diesem Argument und dieser Logik beruht. Um Hintergründe, Fakten und empirische Belege für unsere Argumente zu liefern, wird in diesem Kap. 1 . die exportorientierte Wachstumsstrategie seit den Wirtschaftsreformen und der Öffnung untersucht; 2. die Rolle der Regierungsqualität bei der regionalen Wirtschaftsentwicklung gemäß der Literatur untersucht; 3. werden die wichtigsten institutionellen Innovationen und Vereinbarungen in verschiedenen Bereichen des SIP seit seiner Gründung analysiert; und 4. zunächst der Hintergrund der jüngsten Finanzkrisen und externen Erschütterungen, mit denen die chinesische Wirtschaft konfrontiert war, dargestellt und dann untersucht, wie die chinesische Zentralregierung und/oder die lokale Regierung des SIP auf diese Krisen und externen Schocks reagiert haben.
