Abstract

Mastering scientific thinking and methods of Marxist political economy (hereinafter referred to as MPE) is key to understanding ever-changing economic laws and fundamentally improving CPC members’ ability to solve basic and new problems in reform, opening up, and development. Thus, one of the distinguishing features of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialist Economy with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era is that it focuses on charting the course for economic reform and development and adopting scientific epistemology and methodology in solving various practical problems in the process.
