Abstract

While most leaders intend to extend their tech abilities in the future, the subtle strategy lies in the human element. The key to developing a successful association is interacting with and serving clients well. Leaders must adopt new approaches to sustain their businesses after a pandemic. The absence of new ideas and strategies can create uncertainty for workers. The rise of artificial intelligence and mechanization has decreased the number of people who can perform the work that used to be done by them. Also, the increasing expense can prevent workers from contributing to the organization. This chapter will explore various factors that will help digital enterprises formulate their new regular goals.
