Abstract

This chapter provides an Integrated Demand Response (IDR) model based on multi-energy complementation for an integrated energy system. The variation trends and characteristics of electrical and thermal loads are considered in the model. The proposed IDR model can optimize and coordinate electrical and thermal loads by integrating distributed energy generation, transformation and storage devices. Furthermore, the IDR model is transformed into a problem of mixed integer linear programming (MILP), and the corresponding IDR strategy is obtained by resolving this problem. Finally, simulation experiments are carried out to analyze the effects of the IDR strategy on the economic efficiency and reliability of the integrated energy system under different scenarios.
