Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has severely affected society in a way that has never occurred before. This has made it important for businesses in Oceania to develop resilience in order to cope with the change. This chapter focusses on the role of crisis management and resilience in the Oceania context. Thereby enabling a better understanding of the role resilience plays in the success of business enterprises.
