Abstract

Partnerships are essential to entrepreneurship as they provide a way to share relevant resources and information. Stakeholders are a form of partnership although they might be less evident than traditional relational agreements. This is due to stakeholders having formal and informal roles in the development of a business. The role of this chapter is to discuss stakeholders in terms of their entrepreneurial pursuits. This means emphasising the role stakeholder entrepreneurship plays in the formation and maintenance of partnerships.
