Building Service Value Network: Foundation of Intelligent Supply Chain Finance

Abstract

Exploring a collaborative value creation model that matches with the supply chain service-oriented strategy is the basis for upgrading supply chain finance. First of all, this chapter introduces the transformation process from value chain and value shop to service value network, followed by an exploration of the intelligence of service value network and its realization modes, including the meaning and dimensions of intelligent service value network and intelligent service value network platform architecture. On that basis, this chapter explores the relationship between the intelligent service value network and supply chain finance, and proposes the three dimensions of the effect of intelligence service value network and the supply chain finance business based on these three dimensions.
