In: Transforming Organizations in Disruptive Environments

Abstract

This chapter begins to describe how transformations create value for businesses and their stakeholders. The first step is to create models of knowledge so far captured about organizations and their business. These models are then used to discuss potential changes and transformations that lead to value improvements.
