Abstract

In recent years, prefabricated buildings have become a new trend of building technology. In the whole life cycle of prefabricated buildings, the involved stages are complex and there are many parties involved in aggregation, the data and information generated by them are various and huge, resulting in the inability to share information among the data. The fundamental reason is that the management system is backward and imperfect. However, the existing research mainly applies BIM+RFID technology to the key stage of the whole life cycle of prefabricated buildings, and does not extend BIM+ throughout the life cycle. Therefore, this paper presents an assembly-type building life cycle information management system based on BIM+ technology, and divides the whole life cycle of the prefabricated building into five stages: a) the collaborative design stage, b) the prefabricated components manufacturing stage, c) the logistics transportation stage, d) the on-site assembly stage and e) the operation and maintenance stage. The corresponding information management system is established for all phases of the assembly-type building life cycle to collect and classify the information data of all stages of the project life cycle, and to summarize the decision-making opinions of stakeholders in real time so as to achieve between various stages and various professional stakeholders information sharing, to improve the efficiency of information transmission and realize the fine management of prefabricated building through the whole life cycle.
