Abstract

This paper addresses the total quality management experience of the Maozhou River Rehabilitation Project in Shenzhen, China. The causal analysis method was introduced from six factors of man, machine, material, method, environment and measurement. The causes of the construction quality problems were analyzed and the level of the project quality management was improved duo to double quality management and new technology use.
