Abstract

Samenvatting Combifuncties geven extra doorgroeimogelijkheden en een wenkend perspectief van verschillende loopbaanpaden. Ik beschrijf hoe dit uitstraalt op de motivatie en het werkplezier van het hele team. Bij een lerende organisatie draait het om de unieke menselijke netwerken. Daarin dragen alle medewerkers hun eigen palet aan kennis en vaardigheden bij aan het team, de afdeling en de organisatie. In dit hoofdstuk laat ik zien hoe het organisatiebreed inzetten van unieke menselijke netwerken wordt gestimuleerd door combifuncties. Combifuncties zorgen voor een organisatie met sterke verbindingen binnen en tussen de teams, een organisatie waar een leven lang leren onderdeel is van het dagelijkse werk.
