Abstract

Zusammenfassung In jedem Projekt wird Wissen eingesetzt, es werden aber auch Erfahrungen gemacht und neue Erkenntnisse generiert. Jedoch bleiben diese Erkenntnisse meist innerhalb dieses Projektes bzw. bei den Projektbeteiligten. Diese Erkenntnisse werden nur unzureichend für andere Projekte verfügbar gemacht.. Dies stellt eine Verschwendung von Ressourcen dar. Auch Evaluationen am Ende des Projekts, wenn sie denn überhaupt durchgeführt werden, helfen nur bedingt dieses Dilemma zu überwinden.
