Abstract

Zusammenfassung Objekt unseres Studiums in diesem Kapitel ist ein Bedienungssystem, das wie folgt definiert ist: Es sind s Schalter gegeben, s ≥ 1. Eine Folge einzelner Kunden trifft zu den Zeitpunkten (0≤)T1 ≤ T2 … am Schalter ein. Die Folge {I n ; n ≥1}= {Tn+1 − T n ; n ≥1} der zeitlichen Abstände zwischen zwei aufeinanderfolgenden Ankünften bildet einen unabhängigen Prozeß mit VF A(t), A(0) = 0. Die Kunden werden der Reihenfolge ihrer Ankunft nach bedient. Jeder wartet, bis er an der Reihe ist. Findet ein Ankömmling mehrere Schalter frei, so hat jeder von diesen dieselbe Chance, in Anspruch genommen zu werden. Jeder Schalter verrichtet gleichartige Arbeit in dem Sinne, daß die Folge{D n ; n ≥1} der zu den Zeiten T1, T2,… ankommenden Kunden einen unabhängigen Prozeß bildet. Die VF von D1 ist B(t), und B(0) > 0 ist zugelassen. Die Prozesse {I n } und {D n } sind unabhängig voneinander.
